Abstract on mac OS doesn't get launchedFebruary 7, 2019 at 7:01am
Yesterday, I tried to lauch Abstract like always but it kept showing a loading animation and ended up not showing the home screen after 15 minutes.
I did restart my Mac and of course uninstalled Abstract and reinstalled it. But it doesn't work...
Is there anyone who experienced this issue? I really have to get my latest sketch files at least but I can't even do it.

Hi Kenta, are you on macOS Sierra by any chance? It looks like we dropped support for this OS in 77 – this wasn't on purpose and we're looking into how to restore compatability. In the meantime I'd recommend sticking on the previous build.

I am NOT updating my computer to Mojave (from Sierra) and was completely blocked from working with my team. I downloaded Abstract 76.1.0, deleted Abstract 77.0, and installed 76.1.0. Still getting stuck on loading.

Hey @idonahue – we're working on trying to get to the bottom of the compatibility issue for a patch release, but still not quite there. The workaround is to remain on 76 for now as you've done.
It's worth noting if you're stuck on Sierra then you're also not getting the latest Sketch updates which include some pretty great functionality, just a heads up in case you didn't realise that.
