Define list container height

Let's say you add a frame where only two list items would be visible but there a 10 but you can stroll in it. So that you can place content under it without that the list content goes down to the bottom and then show the other ui that you added

It's easy imagine you have a div 100 px height and 100 px large in that div you add another div 100 large and 300 height, and hide overflow and it is scrollable.

So you only see the first things in the div and when you scroll inside the div you see the other things

Can you share an example of that? What I understand would be like the same behaviour if you use a component web-view? for example you can limit the area on the web-view what to display before the user scrolls.
