Hey Alex, I know the situation, I like to have the flexibility to take my breaks at work at unusual times to avoid the usual rush after work and at lunchtime

I'm also in the same boat, I have been focusing on other things recently (getting a full time job) and the gym has taken a hit on that, plus I'm on probation for another two months so I don't think I'll be going for a while yet...

Hey, how to make eggs tasty and nutritious. I can eat boiled eggs but it doesn't taste well and it takes a lot of time to eat.

When I was working from home a lot I used to have scrambled eggs a lot, that's not practical if you're in an office. So if you have access to a microwave then you can either poach them or scramble them

To poach them I used to have a coffee cup full of boiling water from the kettle, add some white wine vinegar (b/c everyone has white wine vinegar lying around natch!) if you have it the stir the water and plop the egg in and put it back in the microwave for 30 sec (depending on its power)

I keep my own logs in a spreadsheet. It helps me see my progress. But I'm also working with a coach who then creates next week's program based on my previous week's lifts

I use the android app progression for tracking all my workouts and I'm on a 5x5 routine at the moment, until I get back up to where I was previously

Oh gotcha! I use the FitBit app to do the same thing! Your idea of using logs to keep yourself accountable just reminded me of this: www.beeminder.com

Same for me! Press is tough, I've never got past 175 lbs (not sure in kg)

Woah! ~80kg wow! That's pretty impressive mate - that could be a EoY goal for me if I can still train with frequency
