Clear cache url & protect download .env

Support simple qote on file's name and url

Idea: File checksum caching

Caching file checksums on first run to prevent repeatedly recalculating them. This would help particularly with larger files. Cache expiration could be a configurable amount of time or disabled (requiring manually clearing the cache).
