Private key in config.yml

June 10, 2020 at 8:15am
Hi All!
Does somebody know how I should add a multi-line private key to the provider_options? I'm hosting the DNS for my domain at TransIp and the authentication method there is a username and a private key. The key that I received is like a RSA key (multiline)) and I tried to add it using:
provider: transip
provider_options:
auth_username: username
auth_api_key: >-
-----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY-----
KEY_CONTENT
-----END PRIVATE KEY-----
I also tried to paste the whole key on one line, but it doesn't seem to work. I tried to Google on Lexicon docu, but that refers to the generic TransIp documentation. It doesn't link to a example or whatsoever.
Thanks! :)

Well, the lexicon transip is not very clear here
But it is not the content of the key that you need to set, but the path to the key.
So you should mount the key file in the docker, then specify its path for the provider options
