You can do this with fixed position while scrolling

@robintripper sorry I was not enough clear. I mean a sticky position into a specific height frame. For example, you have a right column with a specific height and you want that your component sticks into this frame but not like a fixed position ( not the entire height of your main frame)

I think, if I'm understanding correctly, you can achieve this by nesting frames. The element should be inside a child frame and his Constrains will work on that frame and not the main one. And the Child Frame should have the constrains set up to the parent frame. Is this what you're referring to?

Hi guys, Sorry I see that I was not very clear. With this image I hope that it'll be more clear for you. I want, when you have to scroll, to stick an element into a specific height frame to avoid to have a floating element above the others. Hope guys you understand ?

I've tried to do that and you basically cant in raw Figma - transform a scrolling element to fixed based on screen position. You need to use a app like Principle where this is really easy to do.
