Sorry i'm newbie, Can we import pdf files into figma? How to connvert figma into sketch?

Not as far as I know. You can import SVG files though. I copy and paste vectors right from illustrator with no problem.
Apart from SVG mentioned, you can import Sketch with medium fidelity. And export very basic inefficient PDF files. That's it. Figma is pretty walled off for round tripping design files as all exports are very lossy.
I'd love to be able too, but doesn't seem to be possible. Many clients send logos and templates as PDFs.
Use other programs to extract them as SVG - I use affinity publisher as its a bargain at the moment
I have it too, but it's an extra step I'd rather not have

Definitely we need to have an option to import PDF, it should be very mandatory. Most of the clients provides PDF (logo) and other assets materials to use for Digital Marketing assets creations.
