I'm talking about this little project: Reforestum.

Found out about this project by browsing the company a friend works at: significa.

Personally, I think this idea is amazing! And I wish there were spotlights on projects like these.

If you guys know any companies or studios that are working on projects that help the world, please share. I would love to check them out. Wouldn't you? :D

That's lovely! While on the topic of helping the world, I can't recommend enough - it's a search engine company that uses their profit from searches to plant trees in countries that needs them. You have to do 45 searches to secure a single tree for a country in need. They have planted trees in countries like Morocco, Peru, Uganda, Tanzania, Madagascar and many more.

Hey, everyone – quick update. For the past couple of months, I've been using Forest app – a gamified focus app, that allows you to plant real trees. For example, a single real tree will take you around 250 hours of focus time or 2500 in-game coins. You might want to take a look!
