A Frame.io support rep suggested i come here to see if you could direct meJune 11, 2020 at 11:36pm
in the right direction. My problem... I use Re-viewer links to give clients access to view video clips and comment only. I don't want them to have any other access (such as Team member/Colaborator). I'm capturing/recording video clips throughout the day. My Clips auto load fine to my F.io project. The problem is clients need to manually refresh browser to see whenever a new clip has been uploaded. Is there something i could build or a trigger some how to work around this problem ? my projects are usually only one day long, and I only do one project at a time. Im the only owner/ person who uploads video clips. I'm a one man show... any direction would be much appreciated. I apologize if this isn't the correct channel to post in.

Hiya , welcome to our Spectrum forum! I'm sorry to hear your client is having trouble seeing newly updated clips as they hit the shared Frame.io project. The Frame.io web application should be updating on the client's screen every time a new asset is uploaded if they're looking at that folder and haven't lost their connection to the internet. One thing I could maybe suggest is to make sure that they don't have an adblocker turned on as that can potentially interfere with the websocket service that publishes upload events to other users.
Another option would be to make sure that they have project level email notifications set up correctly, that way they get an e-mail every time you upload new files.
