Why application do not allow to add custom script code on sub pages? I want to track conversion in adwords. So I can only that code on thank you page. But on thank you page your application do not allow me to add custom code. Please tell me how track conversion now?

Custom code in Page Settings is a global code, this is why is not available on sub pages. For sub pages you have to use Custom Code block
