Add tooltips to elements (buttons, icons etc.)

In order to preserve space I tend to use buttons with icons (and without text) or just clickable icons. It would be nice to be able to set the tooltip for elements to provide users with extra information about that element (where it leads / what it does / etc.).

Transfer a plan to a different app

Yesterday I purchased the Lite-plan for one of my apps. Because of a recurring bug I removed the app. Now it would be nice to be able to switch this plan (which has no app attached to it) to one of my other apps.
