Building a form, need advices

Hi, I wish to build a form in html, css and js. I suppose i will need to store datas in a mysql database, right ? What's the better option ? MongoDB ? And finally how to save datas, do i need node.js for this project ? Can you advice me ? Thanks!

Hey! Ultimately the decision for what database you use depends on a lot of things. IMO if you're saving general contact information it doesn't really matter what kind of database you use. You will need some kind of endpoint to point your form to/send the data to. You could have a very simple node/express app to handle this.
