I am not sure how to generate the default command automatically. Should it be oclif command <command>:index or oclif command <command> after you start the topic?

What's the use of index.ts file created by the generator?

I want to configure dotenv for my application, for which I was doing the initial config step in the index.ts file. But after running the app, I found that the index.ts file isn't getting called at all.

Is there a way to introduce inflection for flag parsing?

For example i want --my-flag from the input, to be transformed to flags.myFlag. I tried doing: And But neither worked so I assume this is unsupported. Is there a good way to introduce this?
