November 13, 2018 at 6:45pm (Edited 4 months ago)

What is the best API / lib / components for WebGl and shader ?

Any suggestions?

Than you for your contribution.

I'm a fan of twgl.js but it's not a React library as such.

Yep. My "Learning GLSL" collection on Codepen all use twlg.js to do the Webgl quad and shader work - https://codepen.io/collection/DwJmjV/

*Three.js*

----------------

Three.js is my favorite, but is not a React lib.

I use it with React on the back ground to my web site. (https://www.anotherplanet.io)

*React-gl*

----------------

React-gl is ready to use and Smart for shader and image effect.

Do you have any other feed back ? Examples ?

three is quite established, there's a react renderer for it as well. babylon is nearly dead if you look at usage stats. pixi is more like a game engine.
