How can I make a button symbol resize to the left when I edit the text in the inspector panel?

Idk if you're going to find a solution that only resizes to the left since that's kind of a specific need, but this Relabel Button plugin is pretty reliable for button symbols with text & text + icon

I just need any solution that will resize left and not right. I am trying to make a footer symbol for a modal, primary button on the right and secondary button on the left. I would like to find a solution that when I change the text in the button on the right it will stay pinned to the right and "grow" to the left.

Ah, that might be beyond that plugin I linked since it doesn't play well with nesting. I haven't had a need to use it, but Anima has some padding, stacks, and pinning features that might work for that

Thanks Elias. I have been trying every possible combination of native resizing as well as Anima but no dice so far.

Jake I have been struggling with this issue as well only for options that also include left and right resizing based on text addition or subtraction. Although it’s a bit cumbersome I am looking at magic buttons plugin to see if that will work. The option with the icon on the left may be one you could revise to suit your needs? I’m still investigating but not willing to pay for Anima monthly.

Would you please keep me posted to whether or not it is able to solve the problem? I will also look into it if I can find some free time for exploration.
