Process & Theory

I definitely get inspired by all the different ways of modeling the design process. What frameworks or processes do you use?

I have followed Human-Centered Design of IDEO for a while. I think it is flexible for any type of project (product, service). You can create sub-step within stages. Other commonly-used frameworks are very similar to IDEO’s.
