Welcome to the Meta channel 👋March 6, 2018 at 6:08am
Hey everyone! This channel is meant as a direct line of conversation between community owners here on Spectrum and the team (, , ) who can help turn your feedback and questions into more concrete answers!
Post here with:
- 👻 Questions about how Spectrum works, even if it feels small - we're still iterating on how we explain features and communicate how things work in the user interface. If anything is confusing or doesn't feel quite right, this is a great place to let us know.
- ✌️ Questions about how to build better communities. We'd love to help you make your community successful. If you need any advice on getting started, want to know more about growth strategies, or even just how to get conversations started, we're here to help.
- 🐛 Bug reports. Having trouble getting something done? Is something broken or throwing errors for you? Let us know here and we will get back as soon as we can.
- 🚀 Feature requests. Specifically, we'd love to know what tools or features we can build that will make it easier to run and grow your community. We're a small team, but we are excited to hear how we can help make sure your communities are successful.
Additionally, our team will occasionally post here with big announcements specifically for community owners, so keep an eye out!
We're looking forward to meeting many of you and chatting with you about community building and Spectrum 👋

This is awesome! :D
I noticed a "bug" recently, but probably everyone is aware already, but when you open a link in a new tab, the title of that new tab just loads up once you open that tab... (Only happens on **Chrome**).

I just started with the Design Tools community here but I def underestimated the effort to get people to contribute. A feature I can imagine that would be cool to get peeps involved would be a poll. Have you guys considered this?

Question + X amount of answers (duhhh, :| ) by the thread starter. More than 4 answers because that's an annoying limit on Twitter. And maybe it could be nice to show what the answer was for each user commenting. So, not anonymous, because the main point is to start a discussion around it. Just thinking out loud here though. What you think?
Ah, good question. I think you don't want people to be biased, so the results of the poll shouldn't be visible before voting, but it could be that if you voted, you then see the results in the thread description. And then if you comment, it could show the answer together with the message.
Something like that maybe
That should get you polls, although you can't see who voted for what I guess
