We can do better than Epicurious.

Epicurious has a series called Four Levels of X dish. I am kind of disappointed in the whole thing. In part, the "food scientist" is just a professor lecturing and in part the beginner cook is always given crap. It's a novel concept: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERUugjLmwuY
