Deploying a smart contract for academic research

September 24, 2020 at 10:42am (Edited 2 years ago)
Hello everyone! I hope this finds you well and safe. I am making progress with my research about the platforms offering tools to deploy smart contracts. As I am completing the design of the paper, today morning I came up with the following idea: I would like to include in my paper a section where I show how to deploy a smart contract -- that may have a legal relevance, but this is another part of the reasoning -- let's think about a simple escrow. I think it can be cool showing what the steps are to non-technical people (lawyers/law academics are most likely my audience). I do not have enough coding experience to do it on my own. Would there be there anybody familiar with Truffle that is happy to give me a hand? Happy to negotiate some sort of retribution (crypto/fiat) for the help. In case someone is interested in this idea, please reach out to me here or at [email protected]. Thank you very much for your attention!

Hey (federicopanisi) , I'd be glad to help you with this. Not in for the money though! There should be widespread knowledge of this technology!
you can send me a mail at [email protected] if this works for you^ :)
