User Research

October 19, 2018 at 10:44am
Hello to all the colleagues in chat!
Friends, I would like to get some information about conducting user research.
First and foremost, are there any designers who conducted user researches, working on projects at digital agency, where are lots of projects at a time and "is no time for research for business"?
Secondly, if there are, could you please tell, how you actually get in touch with your Target Audience?
Last but not least question:
Is it enough to test prototypes, wireframes, hypothesis on colleagues which are not involved in project?
Thank you in advance! Hope to find out an answer :)

This checklist is a good way to start: http://uxchecklist.github.io/

Hi Vitaliy, I'm actually currently working on an internal project management app for our agency and I've faced very similar questions. Shoot me a PM if you're interested in connecting. I'm not an expert on the subject, but I'd be happy to share what I've learned so far.
