Import, Append or Copy & Paste one Vectray project into another?

Does anyone know if or how to Import, Append or Copy & Paste one Vectray project into another?

Hi Farhan do you want the project to keep its textures? If so the best way would be to export in the glTF format and then importing it into the project you want it. If you use the glTF format the topology of the objects will be triangulated. On the other hand if you do not need the object to keep its textures you can export it in the OBJ format.

We are adding this to the "feature requests list". And we are already working on a prototype.

Has there been any progress on this feature? Importing a project as a glTF or glB is not ideal for multiple reasons. This approach: 1) triangulates objects, which is especially problematic for text objects; 2) Offers no link to the original project, so any changes have to be re-exported; and, 3) It results in material bloat (lots of incoherently named materials).
