Widgets!

May 2, 2019 at 11:59pm
Is it too soon for a feature request?
Not sure if this will be on the program or not but the ability to import widgets created by third parties. I come from the Muse community and believe it or not that was something very helpful. You dont have to call it a widget ;)

Importing widgets from third parties is easy with our integrated React code tool ;)

Hey Lesan! Request away :) You may create your own custom code widget in Vev, in which you can just throw in
<iframe src="https://url.to.third.party.embed" />
(or load it using javascript) to embed 3rd party stuff.. We'll update our developer docs in the days to come with more examples! All our widgets are created in the same developer tool, which you as a user have full access to.

Iframes are always an issue. So i think loading it would work nice. I hope you guys have a little custom html box for that ;)

This is how the JSX section of the Code Editor looks. Don't be alarmed if it looks complicated, it doesn't have to be. You may write any HTML into the return method and using our guides and examples you should be able to grasp these custom widgets quickly :-)
