Wakeout takes up a lot of space on my iPad. Data takes up 373.8 mb. I’m sure you tossed around the idea of using gif instead of video. I’m just curious. If I were to delete the videos held with the app in Settings > IPad Storage > Wakeout for exercises I’m unable to do because of physical limits, will it damage the app in any way?
😱 Checking for you... one sec Jeanne

Alrighty! Tested on various devices and it doesn't seem to be any issue with deleting the downloaded exercise videos! We've made a note to add better file size management in the near future. You're good to delete any video content as you see fit! ⚡️

Hello! I was wondering how the weekly reports are calculated? If each Wakeout is 30 seconds, shouldn’t the total activity be twice that number? This morning the notification stated my total activity is 1172 total Wakeouts and 730 active minutes.

😎Hi! So in this case, "Wakeouts" are total "routines." Routines can either be of 1, 3 or 5 exercises in length. So it's possible that you'd do one "Wakeout" worth 2.5 active minutes (a long routine). You think this is the best way to calculate this? Or you'd prefer that each individual exercise is counted? (meaning, if you do a long routine, then we'd count 5 wakeouts).

Thanks. It’s a portion of Melissa S. McCracken’s “To the Moon and Never Back.” Don’t need to change what you’re doing. Now that I understand “Wakeouts” mean routines, I get it. I already know how to count actual exercises, since you give me total minutes. I was confused. Never mind.

Haha, love it! Glad it's all clear. We might add detailed statistics sometime down the line that will make everything more clear.

I don’t believe so... yet. That may be included in an upcoming feature update, but hasn’t mentioned any syncing plans for Apple Health recently. He should respond shortly. :)

Jeanne is exactly right, not at the moment, but it's in the pipeline! For the next 2-4 weeks we're hard at work with around 250 new exercises, two major new features and an important interface improvement. But right after that we've scheduled Apple Health integration. Sorry for the long answer, but I think it's cool if our community knows what we're up to!

Hi, I discovered Wakeout yesterday and it seems amazing. However, as I click on a location (Bedroom), the clips just keep on loading and don't stop (the timer etc everything works fine). The other location (Living Room) loads fine. Is there any known issue? iOS latest version.

Hopefully today, we're uploading an update that will enable the ability to download the entire packs so it loads silky smooth! I'll keep you all updated!

I still haven't able to download a single workout apart from "Living Room" pack. Killing the app and restarting doesn't help either. Will wait for the update that enables proper download.

Level 66! Just wondering “what” is getting progressively harder to advance? Is it number of routines or activity minutes? If the former, then I’m busting the system because I do single routines.

Hey Manish, very sorry about this. There's a know issue with a few iPhones where videos don't load for some reason. Can you please try this (sorry for the hassle): fully shut down your phone, then turn it back on.
This usually fixes the issue. Please let me know if it did

Jeanne, you are a system-busting Wakeateer! It's indeed Wakeout minutes. That's amazing! I'm level 31, catching up, but not quite! With all the new wakeouts coming out, I'm very excited to see which you'll be doing!
