Oops. Something broke on that last update!

My stats are also stuck due to some 0.5 bug. No matter what I do, the Wakeout stats are not moving. I also upgraded to iOS 13 half an hour ago, but this problem has been there for past 10 days and still continues.

Manish I’ve been informed privately that things are being addressed and there are very good reasons for the Team’s silence. We’ll just need to be patient for a little while longer. It will be inconvenient, true, but the Team is solid and aware.
I am also interested in seeing my stats for the day. How long have I exercised today.

My workday button is no longer working.
My wakeout app will not open at all on my new iPad. Just crashes and closes.

The free subscription offer for the pandemic seems to have messed up my app. Now I can’t get in. I am offered a Free Trial, which I am not eligible for since I already have a subscription, and there is no way to bypass this offer.

Does anyone else have problem with family plan? I’m having troubles inviting others into my plan. They can’t register for some reasons.

I’m having major issues and it’s really upsetting, actually. The whole reason i got this was to help my mom and i.
Pedro, what’s the deal and how do we reach out to fix the add family members option? This is an absolute rip off if we can’t even get our family situated on our account and active.

Is there a way to turn off the whip sound and the loud “ready” sound every time you start an exercise? I see that you can mute the music once you start but I can’t figure out how to turn off the annoying ready (I think that’s what it says)

Hi, having same issue as Anjie with inviting family members after purchasing subscription yesterday. They could only access once upon initial launch of application from invitation. I resent url to them and validated the url is the same which makes sense. Potential issue: when you click manage subscription from within your app, I got the following error message:

I need to cancel my subscription. I don’t have an iPhone. I was able to download the app on my iPad but haven’t been able to open it. I’ve been very frustrated because my cousin really likes this app and highly recommended it to me.

I have a $1.99 subscription that I can’t access because the app keeps trying to give me a free trial for the family $4.99 plan. I don’t want that plan. If I can’t have the $1.99 monthly subscription, I want to cancel. I was just charged again a couple days ago though so why don’t I have access to the app?

How do I turn off the whip and grunting sounds? It’s completely unusable for me with them because I will never remember to silence my phone every time I use the app.

I accessed the app twice and now shuts down immediately upon trying to open.

The videos for exercises freeze and images overlap on the app. Also it doesn't work on my watch
