@dorga Very sorry for the late reply, apologies for the bad performance on the iPad 4th gen. I'll look into this asap and get back to you, thanks for the info. Were you able to get it working on an iPhone?

@pedro-founder thank you for the reply. I only tried it on the iPad 4th generation and the iPad Air 2019. On the iPad Air 2019, it is working fine :)

Feedback : need a way to turn off sound from main entrance screen. The sound on/off control comes later after playing the first sound (not desired if I want to exercise in workplace).

Is this the kind of strange "Ready" sound that everyone hears in the app? This weird sound is the reason I have to mute the phone before opening the app in public because no sound controls otherwise. I uploaded the short video capture here: https://streamable.com/yuqwh

@wakeme That's the infamous gruff "READY!" and "HUH!" that we've used since the begining, yea. It's designed to sound like a fitness coach getting you pumped for the workout 🤣 I'll put a flag on it that it might not be as enjoyable as we once thought...

🙂 Please add a preference to switch the call-out off somewhere. I don't want to turn off entire music and sound so this flexibility will help.

Any one find out how to get this new workday feature to actually alert you when it’s break time?

You have to allow notifications from the app to appear on your device. This is managed under the Settings app, on the Notifications panel, then select the Wakeout app and turn on the notifications and type that you want to receive. I also have a Fitbit, so I turned on notifications for Wakeout there as well.

Funny, I have all my notifications enable and it’s still not sending me anything at break time. Any known issues?

@maxwell-alentine Hi Maxwell! Can you check in your iPhone's settings —> Notifications if Wakeout has permission to notify you please?

Okay i actually see the notifications in my Notification Center. They just weren’t making a noise. I’d like for there to be an option for it to actually alert me (like with an alarm that I have to turn off) since obviously I won’t notice a quiet simple notification when I’m focused on my work. Is there a way to make it more attention-grabbing?

@maxwell-alentine I just checked my own settings because I keep notification on, but I’ve set banners to be persistent. That helps keep the banner on the screen longer

I would like the chance to keep doing more Wakeouts during my activity break. In addition to the Back to Work, 5 minute break, and 10 minute break buttons, could you add a “do another” button?

Ah, I see what you mean! So currently they'll only make a sound if your iPhone isn't on silent (the little switch on the left side of your iPhone). However, there are some "sneaky" ways to make it do sound even if your phone is on silent. Just not sure how well people would take that...

Oh I love that! I'll discuss this with the team for sure!

Feature request. I would like to be able to choose which workout I want to do when I am using the pomodoro timer in this app. Also I would like to know how many minutes I exercised today total not just all time. Thanks

Awesome! When you say you'd like to chose, you mean individually from a list of all exercises, or just an exercise location?

Just some suggestions and feedback. When I start an active workday. Actually I think the name should be changed as many people aren’t working. They may be watching tv on the couch like me. I would call it a something else as it assumes everyone is working when some may be a couch potatoe and resting.

When I press the pomodoro button to start a timer. To answer your question after the timer is done i would like it to prompt me to choose a routine, and break length or just continue the last routine I did. Since I’ll be in the same location I only need it to prompt me to choose a different routine as I don’t want to do the same one every time.

Also I am not digging the noise when I tap next. It’s kinda annoying. I know I can mute that but I don’t like silence. I also don’t like the whip sound. I guess it would be nice to be able to choose the sounds in the prefs as those are not pleasing to me. Thanks for helping me to be active while at home :)

Yes I agree. I would like to choose different sounds in the prefs. Maybe give us a choice of starting sounds or maybe just a pleasant bell sound when it starts or a countdown timer 3,2,1 and then a nice bell sound.
