Hi folks - new to webiny. Just finished deploying and am trying to create a user in the admin area. User seems to create but can't log in with it (says it doesn't exist)

So I created a new user, and when I logged in, I was prompted to set a new password

After entering the new password I logged in successfully.

Could you check if the new user is actually created in the Cognito User Pool?

Pavel, thanks for checking! I created a user manually in cognito then manually in webiny and that seems to have fixed it. Subsequent users seem to be propagating.

Hey! I'm new to Webiny. First and foremost, let me thank you for the amazing work. It is great! :)
I think Webiny is a perfect fit for a use case at my company and we would like to build custom modules (APIs) to extend it. However, since Serverless Components is the go-to tech to deploy Webiny services, we do not have access to things like serverless-offline. Any tips on how you guys handle your development cycles on local machine when coding plugins/APIs?

in regards to your question for local development, with webiny only the SPA part can be developed locally, while the api always needs to be deployed to the cloud. We are actually working on a watch function that will re-deploy the APIs that you have changed. automatically for you. This will take anywhere between 5 and 20 seconds before you see your changes live.

The team at Serverless inc are actually moving to that same approach and this is also a recommendation from their side.
