Limits on serverless functions

Netlify lists limits for serverless functions: https://docs.netlify.com/functions/overview/#default-deployment-options. I could not find this for zeit.co.
What are the limits?

Serverless Functions are not limited to a particular region as in the Netlify documentation. For ZEIT Now Serverless Functions, you can use any of the Provider Regions found in the regions and providers documentation.

Serverless Function maximum execution during is 10s for Free, 1 minute for Pro, 10 minutes for Business, and 15 minutes for Enterprise plans.

Currently, all Serverless Functions receive 3008MB of memory. This, however, will be configurable on a per function basis very soon!

By default, Serverless Functions are deployed to the region nearest to you, we recommend that you deploy them nearest your data source for the best performance.
