What is the quickest way to get support from Zeit?

I have been emailing to Support@zeit.co, but it does not look like anyone is actively monitoring that address. The last five relatively simple questions to zeit took this long to respone:

  1. 5 months
  2. 2 weeks
  3. 4 days (and counting)
  4. 3 days (and counting)
  5. 3 days (and counting)

Either I'm doing something wrong (and there are no clear instructions how to get help on the home page), or support is not a priority. I am reluctant to put anything live when I know it will take 3 or more days every time I have a question!!

Buy one of their paid plans. https://zeit.co/account/plan since it's listed as a feature you add-on the free support is probably going to be pretty slow, given their popularity.

"free support" outside of admin related questions is basically whatever you find here -- i.e. community support

Our free support is the same for all users, on Unlimited or Free. Please, be patient, since we have lots of requests a day.

I am on a paid plan. My questions have to do with my paid plan and a domain I attempted to pay for.

(I was following up on the assumption made by @bradens which apparently held true to the adage of if you assume...)

I have been on the other side of support. We made it a high priority to never go more that 24 hours without a response. We also knew that responses that took longer meant that we would never catch up and the response time would continue to grow until we re-allocated resources to respond quicker.

If you think 4 days is what we should expect for a support email, even when asking a simple yes/no question, then I think you should say so on your site, so it sets our expectations accordingly.

Yikes. Sorry for assuming, I thought they would have given you a separate channel to get support than through support@zeit.co.

Just to be clear, I am not on a Priority Support plan, but a paid Legacy hosting plan.
